From the 2nd weekend in July, the months of July and August are reserved for weekly rentals;
The prices are indicated in euros and they include:
– all utilities;
– bed linen (beds are made before our guests’ arrival);
– bathroom linen; 2 towels per person (we do not provide pool towels, however);
– tablecloths, kitchen linens;
– trash bags, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and rinse aid, sponges and dishwashing liquid, powder detergent, and fabric softener;
– cleaning (provided the property is left in good condition; otherwise, a supplement of 330 euros is required);
Arrival and departure times:
For weekend or extended weekend rentals, arrival and departure times are 4 p.m.;
For weekly rentals, arrival times are 4 p.m. and departure times are 10 a.m.;
For midweek rentals, please contact us regarding arrival and departure times;
Reservation terms and payment methods:
Reservations are made by signing the contract, which includes the general rental conditions, along with the payment of a deposit (30% of the total rental price).
The balance is due no later than two weeks before the start of your rental.
We accept payment by bank transfer, check, or payment card (CB – Visa, V PAY, Electron – Maestro, Mastercard, payment via a secure payment link (SogEcommerce application from Société Générale).

Upon your arrival, we are happy to meet you, show you around the property, and answer any questions you may have.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on site.

Moulin de Maulne welcomes groups on a self-catering basis.
Half-board and full-board options are also available. Please contact us for a personalized proposal for both options.
For groups staying at Moulin de Maulne, we offer menus ranging from €12 to €24. Meals are prepared by us, using fresh produce from local producers and/or seasonal products from our garden.
