Moulin de Maulne is a 30 acre estate with a private drive and parking for up to 20 cars. It is surrounded by the fields and hills of the Maulne Valley, and has its own trout and crayfish river and uninterrupted awe-inspiring views in all directions.

The property comprises of 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a spacious dinning room comfortably sitting up to 30 people with a bar area, an airy lounge and a big farmhouse kitchen. There are also two studio houses each with double ensuite bedrooms and a living area with kitchen.
There are 4 individual patios and a walled terrasse that comfortably sits 25 people.
The heated swimming pool is open from mid April until mid October and has an impressive surround with a stone terrace of a 100 m2 and plentiful ornamental grasses.
In the landscaped garden there is a barbecue area with a 20 feet long table and benches and a play area with table tennis and badminton.
