Moulin de Maulne is a 30 acre private estate located in open countryside having uninterrupted awe-inspiring views in all directions with its own trout river, the Maulne. It is the perfect place to reunite your family and friends for a holiday together, a special event or a celebration.
The property comprises of 11 bedrooms (including 2 family rooms and 2 bedrooms that are part of two studios), 7 bathrooms, a dining room (approx. 55 m²) and a living room (approx. 50 m²), a large, fully equipped kitchen. The building is surrounded by 4 patios and a walled terrace with outdoor furniture, an automated awning (5 x 3 m) and lighting.
The accommodation consists of a main building and two studios, all within a single building. The studios have independent exterior access. The heated swimming pool is open from the end of April until end of October and has an impressive surround with a stone terrace of a 100 m2 and plentiful ornamental grasses surrounding the area.
Among other outdoor spaces, there is an outdoor dining area (approx. 50 m²) with a barbecue, tables and benches covered by shade sails (4m x 8m), a playground with a ping-pong table, a large car park (for about 20 cars).
Situated in the French countryside, with no nearby houses, Moulin de Maulne is an ideal spot for your family and friends to celebrate or have a peaceful holiday.
