Located in the heart of the countryside, with no close neighbours, Moulin de Maulne is an ideal venue to enhance your meeting or celebration with music, entertainment, outdoor games, or simply to spend your holidays in complete tranquility.
The Swimming Pool
The heated and secure swimming pool is open and operational from the end of April until the end of October
The pool is heated by a heat pump. In summer, the water temperature is 28°/29°C, and in the shoulder seasons, it is 25°/26°C. It measures 6m x 12m, and its deepest point is 2m. A three-step staircase spanning the entire width of the pool provides easy and gentle access to the water.
The pool is surrounded by a tiled terrace and dozens of ornamental grasses, creating a unique and serene space.
The terrace is furnished with armchairs and sun loungers, and part of it is shaded by a 5m x 7m sail.
The pool is accessed via a lockable gate.
BBQ area.
The barbecue is built of stone and brick with two levels of grilling.
Next to it is an outdoor dining area (approx. 50 m²) with a barbecue, tables and benches covered by shade sails (4m x 8m).
Play area.
The play area is equipped with an outdoor ping-pong table, rackets, and a badminton area.
Parking.
A large parking area is designed for approximately thirty cars.
Green spaces, the river.
The property is located in the Centre-Val de Loire region, in the beautiful countryside of Touraine Angevine, in the splendid Maulne Valley.
The property’s two buildings, the Reception Building and the Accommodation Building, are surrounded by landscaped gardens, lawns, fields, and hills, offering a wide variety of spaces to enjoy for your event, holidays, or weekend getaways.
The property is set back from roads and neighbouring properties. The lovely Maulne River flows through and around the grounds.
