DESCRIPTION OF ROOMS, FACILITIES, AND AMENITIES IN THE ACCOMMODATION BUILDING.
The accommodation building has 11 bedrooms (including 2 family rooms and 2 bedrooms that are part of two studios), 7 bathrooms, a dining room, the “Salle du Bief,” which opens onto a large terrace, a spacious living room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
The building is surrounded by 4 patios and a large walled terrace with tables and outdoor furniture, equipped with an automated awning (5 x 3 m) and lighting.

“Salle du Bief” is a comfortably furnished and equipped dining room that can accommodate up to thirty guests for a seated meal. It has access via double glass doors to a large walled terrace furnished with tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, a motorized awning (3 x 5 m), and lighting.
“Salle du Bief” and its large terrace can comfortably accommodate around sixty guests for a seated meal and are well-suited for your next meal.
The dining room also includes a bar area with a dishwasher and tableware for approximately sixty guests.

In this part of the building, on the same level (garden level), there is a shower room with toilet (adjacent to a storage room with a washing machine) and a bedroom:
“Crystal Room” (8 m²) with one double bed (160 x 200 cm);
The first staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bathroom with toilet and three bedrooms:
– “Master Room” (14 m²) with one double bed (180 x 200 cm);
– “Art Nouveau Room” (13 m²) with one double bed (160 x 200 cm);
– “La Gaude Room” (9 m²) with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each);
From the dining room, you can access the living room, which is part of the second section of the building described below.

Second section of the building with a second staircase.
This section of the building contains a living room (approximately 45 m²) with three large sofas, three armchairs, a large coffee table, a marble drinks table, a large tiled chest of drawers, etc.
Upstairs, there is a shower room with a toilet and two bedrooms:
– “Larchevêque’s Room” (19 m²) with a double four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm);
– “Melusine’s Room” (14 m²) with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
The living room has a door leading outside to a south-facing patio.
Through the living room, you can access the large kitchen and the third section of the building described below.

On the garden level, this section features a large, fully equipped kitchen (approximately 37 m²):
2 stoves, dishwasher, large double sink, 2 refrigerators and 1 upright freezer, 3 sets of cookware, immersion blender, mixer, 2 filter coffee makers and several French press coffee makers, 2 toasters, and numerous utensils;
On the same level are a shower room, toilet, and a bedroom:
– “Meunière’s Room” (11 m²) with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm);
– Upstairs, there is a bathroom, toilet, and 2 family bedrooms:

Part four of the building.
The ground floor level of the fourth section is divided into two studios.
These two studios, “Studio Floral” and “Studio Minéral,” each 30 m², are integral parts of the building but have independent access.
Each studio includes:
– a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm);
– a shower room with a toilet;
– a living area with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a sofa (convertible into a single bed (120 x 200 cm) upon request), a table with chairs, and other furnishings.

Additional information:
Hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen of the “Accommodation Building” is supplied by five independent electric water heaters.
Tap water is potable, supplied by the Veolia network.
Each bedroom, as well as the dining room, living room, and kitchen, is equipped with electric radiators.
Five out of seven bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails.
In the dining room, “Salle du Bief,” there is a fireplace with a wood-burning stove.
