Minimum stay: 2 nights;

** Mid-season: Mid-April to mid-May and late September to late October;

From the second weekend of July onwards, the months of July and August are reserved for weekly rentals;

For 2-night rentals including a public holiday, the high season rate applies;

The Holidays and Short Stays Package includes:

– Rental of the Accommodation Building with its patios and terraces, and it includes:

• all utilities;
• bed linen – beds are made before our guests’ arrival;
• bath towels (we do not provide pool towels);
• table linen, kitchen linen, and cleaning linen;
• cleaning products;
• Cleaning (provided the property is left in a reasonable condition; otherwise, a supplement of €330 will be charged);

– Access to all outdoor areas:

• The heated, secure swimming pool;
• An outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue and shade sails;
• A playground;
• Parking;
• The stream, fields, and grounds of the estate;

This package does not include access to and use of the Reception Building, its patios, and terraces.

If you choose the “Holidays and Short Stays” package, you have the contractual guarantee that neither the Reception Building nor any other area of the estate is rented to third parties during your stay.

With this package, you and your group are the sole occupants of Moulin de Maulne during your weekend or holiday.
